Building neurodivergent affirming and accessible support
Michelle has been working with the neurodivergent community for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping others find acceptance, connection, and community. Michelle is an ESE teacher with a Masters in Exceptional Student Education and is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Social Work to expand her services and advocacy reach. She strongly believes that education, support, and community need to be accessible to all diverse learners and individuals.

Michelle has completed the Synergetic Play Therapy Training focusing on attachment and relationship-based support and co-regulation. She has also completed the Autplay Therapy training for supporting autistic and neurodivergent children through play. She is Polyvagal Theory informed and applies the understanding of our nervous system with the neuroscience of play and how children, teens, and adults learn to her work with the neurodivergent community.

Michelle is also passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals of all ages to understand themselves through mindfulness, self-compassion, interoception awareness, and sensory support.
